Why blogging?

People often ask me, why blogging? So since i've been blogging for 4 years already, maybe, it's time for some explainations to be done from the expert (ahem) herself.

Blogging is addictive. Besides writing down what you eat, whom you met etc, it's also a place to share your perspectives/views on anything AND everything without making yourself look wrong. It's also a place where all your secrecy lies. When you have a difficulty to let out something to someone directly, you can write it down here. If you need to scream and shout, you can even do it here. Because by blogging, it doesn't respond to you back. You can have all the liberty to do whatever you like as long as you're the owner of your blog. So basically, blogging is another place for freedom of speech. That's the reason why more people are turning to it each year.

Imagine if you were to keep writing down the episodes of your life in a diary or just by a piece of paper. How long you're gonna survive on that? You'll be spending a lot of money on pens and papers. You'll be obstructing the free space of your room to keep your diaries. AND, if luck is not with you, your parents might find out what you've been up to. Everyone needs their own privacy, who doesn't?

And fortunately, you can choose to keep your blog on private. You can even choose the people who can read your blog and stuffs. You can even access passwords for them to unlock your blog if you find that sending invitations are troublesome. See! It really does make your life a lot easier.

There are also varieties of blogging websites for you to choose from. From Blogspot, Multiply, Livejournal, Xanga, Pitas to Wordpress. ALL of which are done to meet your preferances.

Now, have i cleared all your doubts?
