Changing

I can never believe when a person says that he/she won't change. Why? Because they tend to change, eventually.

To whom it may concern,

You were once my closest friend ever back during the secondary school days. You've told me that you wouldn't changed. Yet you just did. How much disappointed i am to know that you've just turned away from my advice, you wouldn't know. Because i know, you were once that person who always heed my advices. 2 years of separation, i still look up for you whenever there's a chance. And where there is, i'd always listen to your problems and be your listening ear.

I remember. At the beginning of our separation, you'd always drop by my school and catch things up. It went perfectly, as what you had promised. But not long before you met your other half, things changes. Our meet ups grew lessened. You went totally quiet. Still, i didn't give up on our friendship. I still search for you, asking you when will you be free. You often answered that you're busy and i played along with it. Until one day, when you faced a major breakdown, you decided to look for me.

You wouldn't know how happy i was to finally get to see you again. I was hoping that this meet-up wouldn't last till here. But i was wrong. Very wrong.

Theoretically, growing up doesn't teach you to forget your old friends. Neither having your other half, teaches you to be arrogant.

It's time for you to stop forgetting your old friends before they decide to make a move for themselves. Because once they did, it's hard to come by. Just like you and your bestie.

And i'm sorry if this means harsh to you. But i feel i'm being treated like a trash.
