dead

tired. sleepy. pressured. stressful.
this is what happens when you're reaching your final year.
bearing more responsibilities as time goes by.
i don't even know whether i'm ready for this.
now then i feel how pressurising it is to be a staff nurse.

next week, i'll have to start managing one case in preparation of my PRCP.
in fact, i've already started it. all thanks to my staff nurse who drilled me.
she made me recognise the various types of documents, what to write on it.
she made me learn more hands-on skills, the important stuffs to remember.
the rationale behind every nursing interventions you've done.
what else? definitely there's more than that.

and all i can say is, this is getting really beyond my control.
i hate being pressured!

just as when i thought my mind would relax a bit after the exams.
my clinical instructor is putting high expectations on us. =/
